£50 deposit will be charged to secure your wedding date. This will be deducted off the your balance and is NON-Refundable. A booking form stating the following points will need to be completed.
The deposit is to save the date for your special date. It is also a pre payment to me to cover the hours that I spend completing your admin and replying to emails. In the event of a cancelled wedding, this remained non refundable.
A minimum of 30 days is required for cancelling/postponing your booking. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the date will be required to pay in FULL.
In the event that your wedding should need to be postponed for any reason, I will liaise to approve my availability for the new date. If I am available, the booking will be moved to the new date. Should a new date not be approved, deposits remain no refundable. Please check with all suppliers for availability BEFORE confirming with venues.
Deposits are to be paid within 7 days to secure booking. Remaining balance of the bridal party is payable 2 weeks prior to the wedding. I do advise this is done before hand so you can enjoy your day.
Brides MUST have a trial, this needs to be at least 1 month before the wedding. This is your responsibility to organise a date with me. One trial is allocated within the quoted price. Additional trials are £40. Trials are located at my salon TR14. The wedding party are to collate images of hair inspiration for me to recreate.
I charge 50p per mile for travel expenses, this will be added into your quoted price.
Photo release helps me to build my business, I would appreciate your consent to picture styles I create for content. Professional images would be even better!
If necessary, I will bring an extra assistant to help me with larger parties which is an extra charge of £60.
In the event that I was to be taken sick, I will make every effort to secure a new professional to cover me. In the unlikely circumstance that no replacement can be booked, all funded money will be refunded.
